Some photographic collaborations stay with me for many years. Others are concentrated into just a few shoots, a workshop, or a brief but intense period. What connects them are the images that emerge – and the memories of the people in front of the camera.

Five new galleries have now been added to my 👉 “Encounters & Collaboration” section. Five models whose paths crossed mine at very different times, and whose photographic stories could hardly be more different.

👉 Le_fay_Niniane – Between Fairy Worlds and Quiet Sensuality

Nancy, known in front of the camera as Le_fay_Niniane, was part of my photographic work throughout 2023 and 2024. Her particular passion lies in cosplay and, above all, fantastic fairy worlds. But our work together went far beyond that: both in the studio and on location, we created images ranging from imaginative staging and portraits to Fine Nude Art.

Her gallery reveals a remarkable range – from transformation and playful fantasy to reduced, natural moments.

👉 Melisa Mendini – A Different Facet

Internationally, Melisa Mendini is primarily known from a very different photographic environment. During our two workshops in 2019, however, the focus was deliberately not on erotic imagery, but on Fine Nude Art.

Light, body, form, and expression took center stage. What became apparent was not only her extensive experience in front of the camera, but also an exceptionally warm and easygoing personality behind the well-known name.

👉 Lauren Crist – Facets of a Brief Collaboration

I first met Czech model Lauren Crist in early 2018 after booking her through an agency for one of my studio workshops. Further workshops followed before we had the opportunity to work together in a different setting toward the end of the year.

During that shoot, we focused on boudoir and portraits. It would remain our final session together – marking the end of a brief but versatile photographic collaboration with a model who, at the time, was working throughout Europe.

👉 cat_en_flow – An Encounter Before the Great Journey

I met Katarzyna in the winter of 2021 while the French yoga performer was travelling through Germany. What was originally planned as a casting spontaneously turned into an extensive shoot, followed later by a photography workshop together.

At the time, she also worked under the name Catbardot and appears under that name in my Fine Art Book 👉 The Darkness of Light. Today, she can be found as cat_en_flow – and what was once a journey has since developed into an international career that has taken her yoga performances across every continent.

👉 Nikolart – Natural Beauty and a Path of Her Own

Nikola, internationally known as Nikolart, spent many years travelling as a model. Between 2017 and 2018, her tours brought her to my studio several times, resulting in a number of shoots as well as photography workshops for which I booked her as a model.

Today, she lives in Prague, is involved in a boudoir photography studio, and continues to work in front of the camera. Her calendars and her confident approach to her “Natural Body” continue an attitude that already characterized our work together: natural beauty rather than artificial perfection.

Photography as an Encounter

These five new galleries represent very different photographic worlds: cosplay and fairy tales, Fine Nude Art, boudoir, portraits, body art, and yoga performance.

But for me, they also tell another story. They are a reminder that photography is always shaped by encounters. A collaboration does not have to last for years to leave something behind. Sometimes, just a few sessions are enough to create images that remain worth revisiting long afterwards.

That is exactly what 👉 “Encounters & Collaboration” stands for: not only the photographs themselves, but also the people and stories behind them.
