Website in Transition – Dark Mode, English & Creative Chaos

My website is currently evolving: Dark Mode, English translations, and lots of creative fine-tuning. A small behind-the-scenes look at website redesign, bilingual content, and creative chaos.
Between Technology, Translation & a Touch of Creative Chaos
Sometimes my website feels like a living construction site — but one of the good kind. The kind where things constantly grow, evolve, and make room for new ideas.
The Dark Mode is now almost fully integrated, although a few details still need some fine-tuning. Some colors are apparently still negotiating their final purpose in life, and a few buttons glow just a little too enthusiastically — in short: the finishing touches are currently in progress.
At the same time, I’m working on the bilingual version of the website. Especially the more international topics surrounding PHOTORIA and my Fine Art Books are gradually being translated into English.
What’s important to me: not every section will be translated. Areas such as my workshops, many blog posts, or local projects will intentionally remain German only. They are aimed at my local community here in the Ruhr area — and I think that should still be part of the atmosphere.
Both the Dark Mode and the translations will be finalized over the next few days. Until then, some pages may briefly look a little quirky, appear twice, or show small design inconsistencies. No reason to worry — that’s just a bit of creative dust floating through the process.
Thanks for your patience, your understanding, and for coming back to visit the site again and again. It’ll be worth it — promise.
